Present tense ! Future perfect!

Planning for future is good, when this thought will become an obsession and efforts to ensure success in every point will make one’s life a plight. The generation, thinkers ridiculously called them pancake people showing very symptoms of the obsessive success syndrome. And carrying nonstop worry about the future. And finally over stress breaking their life or they are too much anxious about the future life or tomorrow and never enjoying the preset life like “live every moment”.
Future is a post dated cheque en cashing it for the full value depends upon many things at a future point of time. But current life is like carrying the cash. You can easily spend and have the value and result instantly. Though new generations always seeking immediate result and impatient to wait for it, we never will understand that when we are missing golden moments of present life and only looking ahead of a perfect and secure future, ultimately we are losing the nectar life. And try to grab some green pastures in the other side, which never exists.
If your preset life is content, the future should be pleasant and perfect. And if you unknowingly inviting the stress in the day to day life because of the concern about the days ahead, which is only distant dream ,obvious that you are trying to be perfect in dream, not in reality .

Mind you own mind

When your way become the destination, you have reached in stage where all materialistic world surrounded you is irrelevant. But it is happened only at the peak of your ascetic path. Life is no worry for someone have barely any belongings. That stage of great achievement only immaculate mind can reach. This does not needs a complete detachment from life and stays alone. Really it happened in our mind. He who commands the mind can conquer rest of all in this universe. Controlling the mind is the difficult task our life, because it has a speed faster than light and greed greater than any height. It can create and kill not only yourself but also any living being come in to contact with. See patiently, you can observe infinite kind of minds. That powerful thing will make people fly like bird or die like weird.

Tragedy, Support and Understanding

In the first instance of the word tragedy we all thought of death because the irrecoverable loss of human life makes the deepest and painful agony to all human being. However the visible and easily understandable tragedy like death is only one of the many tragedies happened to us in the course of life, but of course the last one and irreversible one is death.
The pain and agony affecting people without much visible symptoms are real tragedies. Unnoticed pain having no support. Deteriorating relations, breaking family bondage, continues wreckage in career, repeated failure in examinations , trebles and turbulence in the pathway of life, chronic diseases, debt, anything may be a silent but burning agony of people. Even without any visible symptoms, crying souls begging for support in the middle of deep and shore less sea of misery.
What we can do or why we are discussing about this anguish here, only for one and only thing-SUPPORT. We cannot wipe the tears of all fellow beings suffering from deferent kind of pain. We cannot eradicate the starvation and diseases from the world.
But we can support those who suffering. The word support immediately leads us to the other word money. Never is support means donating money. Support stands for all possible helps; money is only one of much support we can offer, but not most important one.
There is a proverb from Upanishad says “to understand somebody’s needs you must understands his or her deeds” and vice versa. Then we are reaching to the second important word-UNDERSTANDING. if you can know one’s pain with all compassion and empathy you have succeed to find out the solutions. If you know the remedy then there is no problem remain to make agony,
Hence, tragedies visible and invisible are quite often in the life, support the aggrieved one is our primary responsibility. That accountability only making human being is the superior living thing in the universe, for providing the correct and effective support we have to have kindness to understand the situations. And last but not least is a noble mind to extend the help to needy, the remedy of all minor or major agonies originating from there only.

Religion, Society and Individual

Need to find out the right balance of these three areas in our life is essential . We are traveling amidst of this identity dilemma. All the three are deeply rooted in every one. We always find hard to draw a line in the positions of individual social being and religious entity.
This is a unknown challenge we are carrying for through out life.
Religion or the faith has no separate from everyday life and we cannot make any existence without a value and belief. Then as an individual living in the society do we succeed to complete the responsibilities to the society where we are living. We may be successful individual but as social animal where we are standing? If a person if dedicated to the religion, the process makes any impact on the life of individual and society where the values actually shall be cultivated.
But sadly the fact very bizarre, when we committed to our religious faith, we are learning to observe any thing not approved by our belief is wrong, and formidable. It is not an acceptable model for advancement of human being. We are practicing to skeptical to the society in which we are actively and completely involved and enjoying .It is obvious hypocrisy and deception. If we are not true to our religion and further to society we would be complete failure as individual who is the lead of out family, which is the basic foundation of the human progress till date.
Simply problem is not with religion or society, it is really with individual. When person failed in his core value and cannot identify the suitable position in each critical segment, the harmony among religion, society and individual will become predicament and our myopic views starting. Hence instead of helping the society to progress we are reversing it.
We are least bothered to learn the religious thoughts but trying to mold it for our individual goals. More accurately we neither understand the responsibility of social life nor accountability of an individual in society. Hence of course not genuine to our faith
Until and unless our practical intelligence identifies our commitment towards the society, we would not be perfect examples of personality. A poor personality cannot be a impeccable leaders in the religious path.

Thoughts and Deeds

In conversation to his disciples Great Buddha asked that which is most serious sin, sins committed by body, sins caused by wrong speech or sinful thoughts. Buddha answered that sin of wrong thought are more serious since the mind is more fundamental than any thing else.
If we take this question to the contemporary scenario of fast and haste life, people thinking wrong things than doing it. As Upanishad says our thought is creating our wish, and subsequently it become our deed. Utter competition in life without inculcating any values creating a moral l vacuum in our mind.
We cannot tolerate any kind of rejection, if it is somebody overtaking our car, or getting a promotion in the office. We area forced to learn others achievement as our opportunity loss, in fact it is not at all related. When values deteriorating, so believes do. If we have no ethical and respectful values and believe, our life will lean to wicked but easy way. And we never felt any shame or failed to realize that our ways and thoughts are inferior
That is not an acceptable way of development for society in whole and particularly for individual. A success are not real achievement if we loosing our values for it.
A bad thought, even if is simple or innocuous, but making any harm to other creatures, we obviously sowing the seeds of negative energy and destructive culture. This will damage the originator sooner or later. Since thought and deeds are inseparable

Avoid Negativism

We are observing that negativism is a growing tendency in all walks of present day life. Which may be the further lead to pessimistic impact in life. we cam say unpleasant thing s in pleasant way,so that i will not create a negative energy in the mind of others,but it required deliberate attempt and efforts.

When the creative energy of optimistic or positivity decreases the bad and monster energy will take the lead ,which is not acceptable in civilized society.

so start doing things in positive way with lot of optimism,instead conveying things in negative way with pessimistic energy.

i heard about the malayalee girl with jasmile flowers in her black hair.but never seen in any city.after reaching in chennai i have seen many software girls with jasmine flowers in their hair.that is the deep rooted culture of Tamil people and the guts to show they love their culture.Do any malayalee girl shows such kind of courage ever? i have seen people eating curd rice in star hotels,where Chinese and continental foods are plenty,but they choosing their favorite dish and proudly eating it. I feel proud about my Tamil brothers and sisters,when seeing hypocrisy of the great malayalee.

Chickens

Dear human friend, as a chicken ,belongs to community who born for die and reach in the dining tables and restaurant tables, i wanted to ask a serious question , where it is mentioned that all checkens shall be died to become flesh which gives pleasure to man kind.

Don't we have any chicken rights,like human rights, to live a life of community chicken ,have our chicken generations and a dignified life as member of beautiful community of birds which includes beautiful peacock to ugly crow.

what is the density of an ordinary hen or cock? now we are called as broiler chickens,which means created only for the eating pleasure of humans,do you feel that it is right?I am not bothered about you are vegetarian or non vegetarians,my concern is that are you accepting me as a bird having all fundamental right to live in this beautiful world?please think for a moment and then carry on with your ginger chicken or chicken mugulai!!

THE ODOR

The hands of dear friend Rajamany smells like fish curry and old rice dish.

In college, the lean and innocent half sarree dressed girls come with the nice fragrance of jasmine flower which they kept neatly in the black hair.

some girl friend has smell of Vico-termeric face cream, the very popular and rarely available beauty enhancing cream of that time.

I like the scent of new books ,magazines and periodicals, which was available in my home, when it open as fresh the Fragrance of printing ink and virgin paper gave me kick of reading.

When I started to earn some money I have bought a Park Avenue perfume which costs about my one months earning, but the scent and confidence that gave me was immense.

Ashokan from Aaryad

Ashokan was my classmate in college and studied the same school where i have completed my schooling.even though he lived in small hamlet of our aryad,his philosophizes and thoughts always make me wonder.he was not a proud human being but of course a youngster always trying to stand in his feet and his own truths.i remember once he said to me" bala we must do our duty first that is all, we dont have the right expect the fruits and results".In class,we learn the commerce theories together,debit all expenses and losses and credit all income and gains.my balance sheet in accountancy never get tallied,i always confused where is the credit and debits,but Ashokan made his balance sheet accurately tallied and even help us to get it done.my head never accept the credit and debit of unknown wealth,it was filled with malayalam stories and poetries which i love much and like to read.

i remember the Aashokan with lot of love and his obsession to the commerce,accountancy and balance sheets tallying skills.

i don't know whether the balance sheet of his life get tallied fine or not,but of course mine is not, because i was always being a backbench guy in maths and last man to understand how can achieve money and make it grow.

so as my friend Ahokan told,do our duty first the rest of consequences will not be expected, whatever it may be.that is what Krishna told to Arjuna in the in the war front of Mahabharatha.

Problems,approach and negotiations

Before you starting to negotiate and resolve a problem which persists many angles, emotions and the decisions which will make a considerable impact on your or somebody’s life , career and relations two things you must remember ,first is the selfishness of human being and insignificance of a human life .

Every problem or people we are negotiating are multi-facets. A win-win situation is always not possible and ideal, but success is remaining with the fact that no losers will be there after a negotiation.

To reach a solution we have to find a conclusion which is not a remedy but a door opening to solution. When we are approaching problem from deferent angles with enough empathy in views, of course some area will be available there all stake holders are having interest. It is just like two or more round shaped lights in deferent colours meeting together. The more the new colour areas it creates the more agreeable areas are in the problem. If every light keeps it own identical colour, no new colours are created hence chances of solution become grey.

An approach leads to conclusions and conclusions guide you to where the solution remains. To reaching a proper conclusion required lot of experience and maturity with basic understanding of problem as well as environments. To understand the involved parties needs you have to very much clear about their deeds and vice versa.

The success of good negotiator is not lying in the core of how much the involving parties are happy with decision or conclusion; it truly is how the decision will help the parties to achieve their goals, which they carry with them at the threshold of negotiation.

Never believe that a successful negotiator is successful problem solver or one who gives every one what they want. He or she is one who shows the parties the avenues of success and satisfaction which all other else failed to explore.
